  • Hamammatsu ORCA CCD camera.
  • Heated chambered stage.
  • Piezo-focusing device for 3-D sectioning.
  • PC computer with Slidebook software for 3-D fluorescence imaging of live cells.
  • Eppendorf microinjector/ micromanipulator and second small CCD camera and for cell microinjection.
