Leica DMRXA Upright Microscope
Main Use: Fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) observation of cells.
The upright Leica DMRXA microscope is equipped with a wide range of objectives, filters for four color imaging with a xenon lamp, motorized X, Y, and Z, and a CCD camera. This instrument is capable of image deconvolution using Slidebook 6 software.
- Fluorescence filterwheel (filters: FITC, Cy3 and DAPI, dual red/green, triple color).
